Cons

Promotions seem to be tough to get. Staff retention at junior levels can be an issue. As with entire industry, pay is not great.

A lot of nice people and great books to work with.

Cons

Very antiquated systems. Sales teams and a lot of teams are in bubbles. There are a good amount of managers and higher ups that have been there for a while (10-30 years) and they don't like change, make their teams life hell, and keep them more siloed.
