Pros

- Summer working hours - Office is really nice; free breakfast - Staff are mainly lovely and welcoming and helpful

Cons

- Institutional racism - Major problem with retention rates for POC - Black women especially set up to fail and forced out of the company - Only Black men that worked there were the cleaners - Talented POC staff overworked, underpaid and overlooked for promotion - Queer staff often tokenised - Business profits from books written by queer and POC writers but fails queer and POC staff - Certain departments are all White - Senior management are very cliquey and out-of-touch - Can be really difficult to progress and develop in certain areas (e.g. Business Support) - Pay is low - Workload is unsustainable
