Team culture is not good. Typical school like culture, where managers treat employees like students. Ask employee to mug up things. Bad Reimbursement policy.

Nice colleagues. Good office location.

Cons

Little training after several years on the job. Unequal requests for required experience for doing the same job in different locations, e.g. London vs. Madrid. To be promoted to Commissioning Editor, I was told I needed more experience when in London, less experience was required.
