Pros

The expectations placed on the marketing team at Macmillan are generally totally reasonable, and the atmosphere is one of creativity and collaboration. There is also great variety to the titles that are acquired by the great editorial departments.

Cons

Salaries are low when compared to other large publishers. Budgets for non block buster titles can be very limited, which makes it hard to always do new and exciting things.
