the company is really a good company qith a lot of good professionals working in and the home office has good location. Salary treatment is in line with the market

too many internal fight above all at highest level. Making career depends on the party you choose. If this party won, you will have possibility to be awarded; if any, forget about any career advance High level of stress: they really beleave that if you don't like (I am saying you don't like, not that you don't get it) to permanently work with high level of stress, you're not a good professional!

No one seems to have it together to run the company. Policies, rules and regs get changed on the fly. Orders and directives will come from anyone as there is no real leadership
