Local Culture Disappointment:
My disappointment stems from the local office culture in Malad, India. While the company's global reputation is commendable, the culture at this specific location has room for improvement. It felt like the values upheld globally were not fully embraced locally.
Work Environment:
The work environment in Malad was challenging due to a noticeable disconnect between the tasks assigned and the educational qualifications of some team members. Junior colleagues were often assigned tasks that seemed incongruent with the value of their degrees. This contributed to a sense of dissatisfaction among team members who felt their skills were underutilized.
Global vs. Local Disparity:
It's worth noting that the global success and positive culture of Company did not fully translate to the local office in Malad. There seemed to be a misalignment in expectations and practices, leading to a less-than-optimal work atmosphere.
