1. Pays well 2. Mostly keeps the entire focus on Direct Sales Team and hence other functions has normally less work to do 3. Gives good degree of freedom/autonomy 4. Typically changes role in 18 months

1. Supervisor feedback driven company. No focus on data or finding out real potential of the individual 2. Top Management is extremely Sales driven 3. Weak brands which cannot sell itself. A small gap in a small territory leads to business losses 4. They put extreme and unnecessary pressure on sales team to bring business. Hardly any strategic or long term view to solve issues. Extremely short term oriented mindset of the mid to top management 5. Politics is at its peak. Everyone is just busy with making their supervisor happy as everything might go wrong if the feedback goes wrong
