-- one of best Indian FMCG companies to work with -- totally meant for hardcore Sales people, and good visibility from the senior management to the ASMs

Cons

-- Regional managers are very insensitive, and dont encourage learning. Instead, they want to showcase their shouting skills more -- treatment to the new joinees is nowhere at par with how other FMCG companies do

CTC is great Has high standards in the recruitment fraternity since HR is aware if someone can sail through Marico one will be happy in all other organisations

Cons

Loads of politics with immoral and unethical practices inside. Great work and work balance with no life in it. One slowly gets used to the process of forgetting life and family. Industry being challenged by startups numbers are always difficult since market leaders get challenged first. If someone is planning to join one should reconsider. I am one of the best performers in Marico and have had times coping up with life.
