-Brand name -Good in and out timings

-No documentation - School like culture i.e only listen to head or higher level people - Higher level people often change their opinions as they are not documented fo4 their own benefits. -No one works for Marico as a whole but for their own good or own team. -If you can open all secrets with your supervisor in terms of fake complaining about otyer team members, your raise is guaranteed. -No clear salary structure in offer letter. HR can manipulate you like anything. - Lot of discrimination between old and new.
