Good company to start a career or work as manager or above manager position.A lot of good projects,latest management practices.Especially for manager and above very good in all respet

Cons

No chance for promotion, salary growth If joined below manageial position, no work life balance a lot of work pressure, if something go wrong they hold respnsible to executive only.they dont even ask managers.Those who can play blame game are promoted.Harassment of exevutives by managers.managers dont have values and they humiliate other staff members.Not a good place for a honest and straight forward person.Liars and those who play politics are recognised here.
