Pros

Marico has very good working environment. It has a lots of employee facilities and maintains different quality certifications. It is a great place for building career.

Cons

Factory location is very distant. It has shift rotation system, which is very hard to keep up with. No employee stratification as a result, confusion creates about the chain of command.
