Good place for Indian expats to work. Senior role opportunities , high over market packages and no expectation on performance

Cons

Extreme pressure on local employees. Very high expectations and targets, after achieving them company makes sudden rules and excuses to avoid paying them. No career progression for local people even after so many years and achievements. Management give many promises that never happens
