My managers and my team was willing to help me learn more. Especially my n+2 at that time was very supportive and spent time coaching me.

Cons

My line manager was not decisive. He took my presentation to present to upper bosses while at first he rejected my idea. HR was always trying to decrease your salary if you applied for low level. There was a very wide salary gap and it was not fair.
