Dont fall for the money trap. Its lesser than other MNC FMCG.

Cons

Lots of Projects. Everything is urgent. Work on weekends. Work on Vacations. Work till night on Weekdays. Then get bashed during weekly, monthly reviews. Lots of data entry. Do everything from execution till strategy. Dont even think to join.
