Decently high payment. Incentives are also high.
Cons
Colonial structure of whipping and securing growth. There has been no New Product over the last 5 years which makes it grow apart from one. The no of attrition is super high in which company initiated and member inititaed are equal in numbers. For a management trainee , you have a future till a level. For laterals, it’s a stop gap for the organisation. You should do the role and go out. One of the weakest in processes orientation. So it is very difficult to perform in the first year for first role as you would learn only once things get stuck.
