I am pleased to say that I am gaining valuable exposure to a variety of business functions, such as sales, supply chain, and finance. Additionally, I am fortunate to receive a great amount of support and guidance from my supervisor, which makes me feel like I am running my own business.

Cons

One of our challenges is managing our workload effectively due to the increasing amount of work we have to do. We need to find ways to optimize our workload to ensure that we can handle the workload.
