Cons
Too many Marathi people in the system have created a cartel. It promotes a lot of internal politics and brings a sense of insecurity. There are really few who actually work and rest eat the share out of other's work done. You are told to be open but never be allowed to. If you dare to do so you will be cornered......thanks to those old minds sitting in the cabin. False promises will be made to top management and then you will be asked to fulfill those false impossible targets......!!!! You will surely fail and your failure will be celebrated to buy some more time and you will be out of the system. I still suggest people to join this company because it has a strong values. People are temporary....they will retire one day! You just join and try to live the Marico values...they are awesome!
