Pros
Marico Bangldesh pay its employee higher than the industry packages, & have lucrative profir share,Marico moving themselves hair care category to 2nd largest personal care category in Bangladesh within a very short time. & they carry & produce the best sales manager.
Cons
Very hard to work life balance, huge sales pressure. Not solely confined the employee to a specific department or task. Launch new product in every 4 month which is very challenging to establish in the market.
