Massage envy in Dr. Phillips is a great place to work at , I’ve been working here for 14 years the management and coworkers are like family , I love the flexibility this job has given me to be with my family a great life/work balance. Management at this franchise location in Dr Phillips has always had my best interests at heart and given me support and encouragement, couldn’t ask for a better environment.

I have no complaints love my Job and what I do to help others feel better.

Pros

There is a really good team here and it feels more like a family than just coworkers Employee discounts and free monthly services We do lots of events for skin care and collabs with schools and clubs The atmosphere is overall amazing! The clinic manager and owner are very understanding people and make you feel comfortable.

Cons

Call outs (provider and front desk) can be very stressful There are lots of promotions going on constantly, so it's easy to get overwhelmed and burnt out from sales.
