Steady pay check and annual pay raises no matter how small

Cons

Toxic culture starting with the CEO and COO surrounding themselves with "yes men" including the Chief of Strategy, Chief Communications Officer, COO of Platform, etc. Millions being wasted on a "documentary" about Farrugia instead of using the dollars toward patient care or supporting staff.
