Pros

Resources are available. Mostly everyone has been helpful.

Cons

Ratios are horrible. Parking for employees sucks. Pay is horrible. They don’t offer weekend pay (unless you work days) their night differential is the lowest in the valley. They don’t pay their float pool nurses like other hospitals do.

Pros

Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

Cons

So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.
