Not much: some "magazines" like War is Boring (the most popular "magazine" during my time) got priority for editing, etc.

100% remote, great coworkers, generous benefits and flexible schedule/time off. Meaningful and impactful work now that there is more clarity from leadership. Generous compensation and growth.

Cons

It has been an extremely bumpy ride over the last two years. Lack of decision making, lack of clarity, lack of conviction, which made it really hard for the organization to work intentionally. That being said, the new CEO has brought some good clarity to what we are doing and building here. Things feel like they are moving in a good direction now.
