Interview
I applied to a role on their website and a week or so later, I was contacted by a recruiter to answer basic screening questions. The company's only availability was in the evening in my time zone which was already a red flag. As I went through the screening interview, I was asked basic questions that were reflected in the job description (i.e. have you managed a team, have you worked with publishers). This was a waste of time as all of this was reflected on my resume.
I asked the company questions back and was given answers that weren't particularly helpful, given the interviewer had only started a couple of days ago. This was another red flag - how badly did they need this position filled to not even train their representatives on it?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medium (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Recruiter found me on LinkedIn. She had me reach out to a coordinator who did a 15 minute phone screen. She said we were moving forward at the end of the call. After a week she emailed and said that we actually weren't moving forward. What a waste of time!
