Interview
The interview process took a little over 2 months – slow in my experience. The UX team was very nice! After several phone calls, and a half-day interview, they went dark... they didn't state a final decision on the position and didn't respond to a follow-up email.

Interview
Applied for role. Recruiter reached out within a few days to schedule first call with hiring manager (another TPM). Had a really good call. Didn't hear anything back from the recruiter after a week, so I decided to reach out to see if there was still interest. Recruiter apologized and said that they wanted to move forward with another video interview. Second interview was with a Engineering Senior Leader over google hangout. Ask basic questions about my background and experience. Asked a lot of questions about my past roles. Seemed to be fixated on what my current management thought about me. I have worked for some big names and got the feeling that the interviewer was skeptical. Mentioned that references would be checked. Bit of an awkward experience being asked so many questions about my current management. Last interview took place about 5 weeks ago. Never received any feedback from the recruiter. Completely ghosted. Not going to mention the recruiters name, but he discovered that he had a reputation for ghosting people at his last company.

Interview
The interview process was good and empathetic. There was a phone screen with the hiring manager followed by an online coding assessment followed by an on-site. Coding assessment was practical and interesting. Onsite questions were mostly behavioral. The coding question for the onsite was quite easy and was testing more for code cleanliness. There was one systems design question that was also good and practical but I think it was a bit vague what they were looking for. Overall good process, the only bad part was it took 4 weeks to hear back. I didn’t get the offer, likely due to a slightly weaker systems design interview on my part but no hurt feelings. I’d interview here again if given a chance.
