Colleagues are great… most of the time

Cons

Never got a pay raise, not even Cost of Living increase, while being there. Workload is unmanageable sometimes, and requests for help were met with “fuel up” and “work on time management.” Lots of finger pointing, especially from those in power. Morale is the lowest I’ve ever seen in my professional life. No one is happy but there’s nowhere else to go.
