Pros
Decent work life balance, good bonding with coworkers over bad work environment
Cons
No growth: career, salary, skills etc. Management is stuck in their ways and promotions are only given based on the "in" group, not merit or leadership. The result is extremely poor leadership with no accountability, rampant dishonesty, and managers with startlingly bad people skills. On top of that the parent company is almost comically disdainful of its employees. Almost anywhere will be better for you in the long run
