Pros

The People, Mission Based, Culture was progressive, supportive of growth, and Meta fought really hard to be a great place for people to connect and develop as colleagues. Its really hard to do yet FB was very good at it for awhile. Then it became Meta.

Cons

Things went downhill post pandemic. Mass layoffs were only symptoms of things that started to occur in a post SS world. Facebook lost its way and executive evolution was/is questionable.
