Pros

1. Massive market opportunity 2. Market leadership position 3. Fantastic culture (one of our philosophies it to hire only "good humans") 4. Jobs with opportunities to make a direct impact on how successful MuleSoft can be 5. At a fantastic point in our growth curve where we have the market ahead of us and we have to just executive well to keep winning 6. A supportive culture, where people support you being successful and people work together well cross functionally 7. Please just care from CEO all the way down to the front lines

Cons

1. Hiring standards make it very hard to find enough good people, however this is why we have amazing people at the company

Pros

Without a doubt the company hires the best people at what they do and who they are, makes it a joy to come to work every day. We have a product that is market leader, but what's best is that we don't settle, we continue to innovative and evolve, which is what I love so much. The leadership is top-notch, I trust them to continue to take MuleSoft further and further as a company. Compensation and benefits are important and I feel like I have a terrific package.

Cons

High expectations, not a job to coast. Not having a team-player attitude will hurt you here, as collaboration and enthusiasm helps drive us forward.

Pros

Last week I attended MuleSoft's all company meeting in San Diego. I've been to a lot of company meetings and kickoffs in the past but this was unique. Even though MuleSoft is now a global company, they invest in bringing every employee together for this annual meeting and the CEO has been doing this for the past 9 years. These meetings at other companies are typically all rah rah and arm waving , but it was very different at this meetup. The leaders were open with the vision and strategy for the company and they were direct about what's working and where we need to focus and even improve. We also spent a lot of time working with our teams and cross-functionally to work through issues and get ourselves positioned for 2018. I came away feeling great about the company but for all the right reasons -- I understand what we need to do to succeed and see specifically what I need to do to make that happen. I'm in sales and came away with the knowledge and resources I need to get the job done. I also had a chance to meet hundreds of colleagues from other offices from around the globe and it's exciting to be surrounded by so many talented people who are equally excited about what we're building. Big things ahead for this company.

Cons

Keep up the open communication. It makes a huge difference when we all understand where we're going and what we need to do to get there.
