Pros

Extremely talented, visionary management team. Strong brand and reputation in financial services industry. Competitive compensation packages and opportunity to take on significant responsibility if you are a strong contributor.

Cons

Promotions can sometimes be dependent upon the initiative of your manager, rather than on merit. I often saw weaker performers with highly proactive managers climb the ranks quickly, while extremely talented individuals with less interested managers tended to stagnate in their current roles.

Pros

Quite a lot of benefits like condos in Are, gym. Ok, not so much, but still, it was nice. Really good conditions if you have kids or if you want to be flexible in working hours.

Cons

Quite hard to understand your next step in your career, hard to get a higher salary.
