Pros

Could not be happier with the company I worked for. Nasdaq showed great social responsibility towards employees starting from equipment to training and finishing with fresh 5 to 12 different kinds of fruit every day. I was very lucky to be in a department that had a great and experienced manager.

Cons

Bureaucratic organization that is taking time to approve additional job slots. Salary increase - ask for a salary you want even when lacking experience - difficult to get a decent increase in salary while remaining in the same position.

Pros

Very friendly culture, emphasis on working as a team, constant flow of interesting work

Cons

Work can pile up quickly, not much room for growth - many stay in the same position for 10+ years
