Hard to move up as major of opportunity are in US

Not a lot. It’s definitely what you make of it. While it’s a supportive environment, there isn’t a specific advancement path in some roles which can lead to a need to really own your growth. For folks looking for a more straightforward promotion path this can be challenging. Titles and levels can be confusing, though folks are approachable, and helpful regardless of title and where they sit in the org chart which helps here.
