Pros
Nasdaq is an institution. Everyone seems to be energetic and positive.
Cons
Acquisition. I was previously part of a department that was sold by Nasdaq to another company. And we were never been given a chance to choose whether we wanted to stay with Nasdaq or go to the new company. That was actually one of the most painful things of my career life as I loved working there and had no plan to leave. But I had no choice. Now it is very difficult for me to go back to Nasdaq - as if there is no way at all.
