Bad experience

Pros

The company offers some good perks. You can work from home 3 times a week, etc.

Cons

I had a very bad experience at this company. Since the team is from a different country some of them were acting as if they are somehow better than me and others who live here. Some of them were very rude to me, raising their voice at me when I asked questions and making passive aggressive remarks. I felt discriminated and couldnt believe that such behavior is tolerated at a company suppose to care about these issues. The manager was the worst. After mentioning what I'm dealing with, they just brushed it off and than made up some fake reason to force out of the company.

Good overall

Pros

- unlimited PTO/flex days - respectful of work-life balance - opportunity to move up

Cons

- overly bureaucratic/lots of office politics - hybrid policy for going into the office is a bit backwards as team members are spread out across different cities - you must scan a QR code to track your in-office days
