Pros

Think of working for yourself. Essentially, you're an entrepreneur offering NASDAQ products to your prospect base. You'll also compete with your fellow employees for time with management as a client conduit. The NASDAQ brand is a significant sales feature for prospective clients.

Cons

Nasdaq picks the low-hanging fruit and, therefore, has a low level of commitment to its clients. This lack of dedication is camouflaged by their use of the Times Square Exchange. Clients get excited about the experience until they realize it's all show. Nasdaq’s management is more focused on their pay package and less on the client's experience.
