Pros

Excellent platform and user-friendly interface - one of the best among online ESL companies. Impressive development team - the system is smooth, stable, and constantly improving. Efficient and responsive support - issues get resolved quickly and communication is professional. Flexible schedule - you can open classes anytime and work from anywhere.

Cons

Very low pay - this is the biggest drawback and makes long-term work difficult. Compensation doesn’t match effort - the rate is not competitive compared to similar ESL platforms.

Pros

The platform is simple and easy to navigate for new teachers. Flexible schedule that lets you choose when to work. No minimum hours required, which is convenient. Training and materials are available for free. Good option to gain online ESL experience.

Cons

Extremely low student traffic for new teachers, even during peak hours. Standby times are very long, often with no bookings for hours. It can take many days before getting consistent students. Earnings are very low at the beginning because of low bookings. Platform seems to favour higher-level or longer-term teachers.
