      Pros

      Native Camp offers flexibility and opportunities for growth and development. It provides an avenue to foster English skills and respect for culture. The website is user friendly and there are ample self-learning kits. They also hold competitions with prizes during special occasions which I really look forward to.

      Cons

      Some rude students may unfairly rate us. Despite the website's user-friendliness, occasional system issues can arise.

      I can work flexibly

      I can work flexibly. no quota. I can work from home

      Cons

      Even if I work full-time, there are no bonuses and no security, so I still have to find a job that will compensate me for my daily expenses. No 13th month pay. Salary for sudden lessons is still the same no increase since they started their operation. No health insurance or HMO.
