Freedom to choose when to work is essential for me. There are no fixed working hours. There are fewer students at certain hours, but anybody can find what time fits them best. Until the first 1000 hours on your profile waiting for someone to pop up to your stand-by class is much longer, but the school really helps and it's not only important; it's essential for every newbie. The school has various materials to work with and there is a self-paced coaching page for tutors. I also LOVE that the school is on its own platform which gives instant help and support if anything goes down during the class. You don't have to provide excessive explanations and pay penalties for the lost class if it wasn't your fault (you only provide the proof).

I'm grateful to be an ESL teacher here at Native Camp. The flexibility of working hours has allowed me to balance my professional and personal life. The competitive salary on booked lessons has provided financial stability. The textbooks are always updated and I feel confident in delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of my students. It has been an incredibly fulfilling and enriching experience.
