      Pros

      1. You get paid even if the student leaves. 2. You can open slots very early in the morning. 3. Japanese students are very polite. 4. Lenient in imposing penalties.

      Cons

      1. They use a browser to conduct classes, which, in my experience, is very buggy. This causes a lot of inconvenience for both me and the students. 2. The primary complaint among teachers currently revolves around the new system that allows students the freedom to give negative ratings to tutors.

      Excellent Platform - POOR PAY - pathetic rating system

      Allows you to build as you would your own business Great material Great students

      Cons

      Poor pay - Very poor rate No support - does not support tutors- No interaction possible with management support Generic responses on 99.99% enquiries Will dismiss you without reason - High risk Forced to use Payoneer- too costly Very dangerous rating system which is never in favour of the tutor- Tutors have no control over the poor rating system Far too many penalties to tutors Far too many tutors
