Pros

Reliable remuneration, lesson material provided, Lots of help available through "Open Space." Potential for growth.

Cons

Some glitches with the system but not many. BUT you need to have a reliable, up to date pc, wired in and have a good ISP. In some countries your ISP has limited bandwidth and this will cause problems.

The flexible scheduling of class slots during the week is a perfect fit for my lifestyle. The students that I've had have been amazing, and being able to live my dream of being a teacher is wonderful.

Cons

Some days can be terribly slow when it comes to finding students.

Working for Native Camp has been a seamless process. Their lesson plans are very innovative and tutors know exactly what is expected of them. The payment process is extremely efficient and overall working for Native camp has been a good fit for my employment needs.

Cons

Native Camp should offer higher pay for native speakers who are college graduates like myself.
