Pros

Flexible working schedule which is suitable for people who are married and have kids or for those who just want to work from home. You can close your schedule in times of emergencies or other matters and you can cancel reservations at any time you wish. Earn as much as you want, but it needs patience, hard work, and determination. Work anytime and anywhere you would prefer to. Removal of class cancellations: it really removes the class cancellations as long as you can provide them with valid reason and proof. Class cancellation is a deduction of earning, but if removed, earnings are immediately back. Incentives are given when you have achievements especially when you can have 2,500 minutes of your classes in one cut off (15 days), no class cancellations, and many more.

Cons

Number of students: it mostly depends when you are a 5 star teacher or not. Many students for 5 star teachers. Student's review: performance is really affected by the student's review. There would be times that it's disappointing to receive low ratings from certain students even though you really know you have given your best in the class. Shift: *regular shift- not so many students but totally healthy and *graveyard shift has a lot of students, but of course, unhealthy for our well-being. Teacher rank: difficult to go up, but easy to go down. A bit strict with its conditions. System glitch: it affects your earnings and perfomance since some students would think that it's your internet connection which has a problem. Some students would surely complain, but others have known it very well.
