      "It feels unfair because at times, I don't get any students, and this heavily relies on the ratings. Moreover, once you receive a low rating, it becomes challenging to improve your overall rating."

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Decent Salary (You have to be willing to work extra hard at first to build a good reputation and get more bookings which leads to a decent salary). AMAZING students. Nice and easy-to-use platform and textbooks. Punctual payment.

      Cons

      I haven't had a big problem with the company so I can't say. The only setback are occasional glitches but they rarely happen on my end.

      Interesting place to work

      Pros

      flexible schedule can have very early classes, like 5am-6am until noon and late classes til midnight talking to mainly adults

      Cons

      very low pay, around $8/h for x2 25 minutes clases for Native Speaker teacher rating system the worst no protection for the teacher, all just for the student
