      Flexibility of Working for NC

      Pros

      The pros are numerous to count for me personally. But if I can cite the outstanding ones, that would be flexibility to open up a schedule, competitive booking rates, 99% of your students are very polite, nice and warm and most of all, you can work within the comfort of your own space.

      Cons

      If you are a newly hired tutor, patience is definitely a virtue. It's not easy to get a student right away especially when you are on standby. High ratings is important to build your own student base and to be able to continue to attract new, and even previous students.
