      Pros

      I've been working on Native Camp for a year already. I saw my students grow from their English Skills to Social Skills. The good thing about Native Camp is that it is flexible not just for the teacher but also to the student, so many incentives, some students became your friends, and it will help you understand things from another country like the importance of diversity, respect and Love. Native Camp helps me grow as a person and how I think things about life.

      Cons

      The Cons i've experience on Native Camp, was when I got a disconnection notice because my students connection is not good so she refreshed her site. But she couldnt get back to my class then I just recieved a dissconnection notice, and lose my Incentive. And also, so many updates on Native Camp that it causes some textbook problem, audio problem and video problem during the class.

      pay is kinda small. i was deducted 500php when i was disconnected with a student
