      Sometimes the company favors the students more than the teachers.

      Very flexible time schedule. Can work anytime.

      Cons

      there are some students who are rude to their teachers. The hourly rate for Filipino teachers is low and with 10% tax deductions.

      Pros

      *Very flexible working time (If you're working from home), the time is all yours. You can work whenever you want without worrying to open your slots/availability weeks or days ahead. *Open account - If I can't work for a week or a month or a year and then decide to return to teaching, my account is still there. The company doesn't do anything to you. You have freedom. *Students- Most of the time, I get kind and warm students

      Cons

      *Partial- Unfortunately, if you have lesson cancellations, but it's not your fault, you still have to provide some evidence to prove your innocence *Student's complaints- They matter so much, so keep in mind to do your best. *Teacher Ranking/Rating- 5 stars are a big deal here. So always do your best to stay on the top tier.
