Pros

The salary is good and the schedule is very flexible. No need to file a two-week leave or a month. You hold your own time. Moreover, the books are guided. One of the best ESL schools I've worked in.

Cons

There some system glitches that affect the classes and no government contributions for the home-based teachers.

Homebased NC teacher thoughts🤔

Pros

-Flexible schedule -Passionate & Respectful Students -Inexpensive penalty (unlike other ESL company) -Admins who are open to queries. -High paying rate (P80.00 starting rate for book class to P104.00 and 57 pesos for sudden classes) -You teach even at dawn with or without book class (as long as you could open your slot) -There are incentives if you've conducted 100 lessons every cut off - Another incentive if you've received 20 book classes before cut-off without having a cancellation penalty. -Easy to navigate website. -Teaching materials are ready with script for teachers. -And if your lucky and hard-working they'll offer you a textbook that is only exclusive for a booking system which could help you gain more book classes.

Cons

-Most of the time NC easily sided with the student's report without investigating the situation first which could lead to the deactivation of your account. -Admin couldn't attend to your queries ASAP, it'll talk 2-6days or more for them to reply to your queries. -Teachers' couldn't see the real-time ranking.

The pay is pathetic and you need to work like crazy in order to earn some good money
