      Pros

      Can plot own schedule. If no bookings you can go on standby for a sudden lesson which gives you 57.20 per 25 minutes Students are nice

      Cons

      They don't take action when teachers complain about students

      Pros

      You will meet a lot of students around the world especially Japanese students. Time is flexible and you can work in the comforts of your home.

      Cons

      Students are very dependent when it comes to ratings. Some ratings are not reasonable and not appropriate. It takes time to make an appeal to the Admin which makes you think if you should make an appeal or not. So you will end up having less students because of your low rating.
