      -You can create your own schedule -You can save hours by not having to commute to work -Gave me more flexibility with my time -Gained new skills as an Online Tutor -Connect with students around the world -Can wear pajama pants to work

      -Relying on the internet connection can be stressful sometimes -It can be physically demanding -Sitting on the computer for several hours is taxing on the back and shoulders

      Excellent Company with a lot of benefits

      Excellent platform for teaching and learning English online Can manage your schedule well (flexible) Lesson material always ready and available The payment is always done on time Teacher's rate is okay

      Cons

      Ratings are difficult to maintain System issues occur at times Disconnection penalties if it's the teacher's fault Your account can be terminated if you violate their rules Your account also can be deactivated with just one complaint from the student.
