      I have been working at Native Camp for 10 months and for me this is the best compare to other ESL company.

      - Payment is smooth - Some students are very kind and friendly - Schedule is excellent and manageable, you can conduct classes whenever you want to. - There is no boss. - Textbooks are ready and available - 100% can help you financially when you have lots of students - 100% can give you various experience , and help you grow holistically as an individual and as an English tutor as well

      Cons

      -They don't give certificates for your teaching experience.

      Pros

      I just love everything about here. I guess maybe because I am the boss of my time. I can teach whenever I want. I can close slots if I feel unwell or busy. I love the students here. I am earning a lot. I am working from home so I don't need to worry about the means of transportation of going to my workplace. I am a satisfied teacher in Native Camp because I love everything I do here. I just love the idea of working from home now.

      Cons

      Maybe for some, they're thinking the rate is too small but I guess, if you'll work harder and open slots as many as you can. You'll definitely earn a lot. I f you are new, you just need to be really patient in order to earn a lot. It will all be worth it. Been there :)

      ONE OF THE BEST ESL COMPANIES! RECOMMENDED!

      As a part-time employee here at Native Camp, I enjoyed my experience so far. Native Camp has the following: 1. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. I don't have to file for a leave and wait for the management's approval. I can modify my schedule . I think Native Camp values their teachers. 2. ON TIME PAYMENT. I have been teaching year since the pandemic started and never did I experience delayed payment. I'm grateful for that. 3.LESSON MATERIALS ARE GUIDED. One of the best things about Native Camp is that they help and guide their teachers especially the newbies on how to teach the lesson materials. Frustrating it may seems at the beginning but looking at the guide, I felt relieved. 4. SUDDEN CLASSES. I think there are only few ESL companies who offer sudden classes to teachers and one of those is Native Camp. It allows teachers to go on standby and conduct lessons. In odds are in your favor, that student will be your regular and will book lessons with you. 5. PROMOTION is FAST. As long as you'll meet the criteria, you'll meet the criteria and requirements, you'll booking rate will increase. 6. EXCELLENT platform.

      Cons

      1. Since it is online , the competition is really at stake. You have to maintain your rank to gain more students. If your rank goes down, you have go double your effort. I think this is normal because most ESL school is having a booking system. 2. Most of the staffs are busy and there is surge on the number of teachers thus, they can't answer the inquiries of the teachers on time. However, they created a platform to teachers to answer each other's questions which is indeed helpful.
