      I just started working in Native Camp for almost 5 months and yet, I have received a lot of incentives already. Indeed, it is really hard to get students at first but when you already have regular students, teaching became more fulfilling and fun. I also communicate to the admins a lot for my concerns and most of them were addressed promptly. Also, the time is very flexible, given the fact that I am also a student

      Cons

      I guess the cons would probably be: *It's hard to get students specially bookings when you are just starting, which is natural *Sometimes, the admin will take a few days to reply and sometimes even no response at all. *Some teachers feel like they were not being protected from rude students, which I always hear but never experienced before.

      ✔️ Flexible time (you can choose when to open slots 24/7) ✔️ The company appreciates their partners (a lot of incentives and opportunities to have booked lessons) ✔️ Excellent support system ( admins are responsive to concerns just wait patiently also they provide feedback and reminders) ✔️Abundant students (just maintain a good rating and provide quality lessons) ✔️Good compensation (depends upon your level, you may start from the basic rate but you can earn a lot by having many sudden classes, the company also gives incentives once you hit the target quota) ✔️Great teaching platform (easy to manage and convenient to use )
