      Pros

      * I love working here because they have very flexible working hours and responsive admin teams. I learn a lot from meeting new people here, and salaries are paid on time. Teachers are being acknowledged, especially those who perform well, and the incentives are good motivators for teachers to work harder and better.

      Cons

      I don't see any so far.

      Fun, exciting, and time friendly

      Pros

      Time is very flexible. You can depend it on your availability. There are many salary incentives that serves as your challenge to reach number of classes per cut off. Admins are in touch with the employees.

      Cons

      There are corresponding disconnection penalties if it's the teacher's fault.

      -flexible working hours -having the chance to work with a wide range of students -the platform and materials are easy to use - good way to gain teaching experience

      Cons

      - If you miss a booked lesson - even if for once only- not only will you be fined with the lesson fee, also you will lose the 20 booked lesson incentive. - no raise on sudden lessons wage
